some ppeople struggle to find motivation in life and would prefer to continue sitting on their butts all day.. howeever there a great ways to find it. for example come up with your own slogan/ motto/ ggoal. it doesn't have to be anythign major. it can just be, (the skys the limmit) or I got this, or for all those buritios i just ate.
another thing some one can do to boost their motivation is to start running in road races if it's an off season or if you have just been runnign for fun. u will often find that u beat more people then u think.
Also lastly try to listen to some good music while ure running. the the music just pump up your body and gives u adrenaline increasing yoour speed almost "for free".
