Warming Up/ Stretching

Before working out or racing it is always important to warm up and stretch. This will loosen up your muscles,  help prevent cramps, and help prevent pulling  a muscle. If you don't stretch and warm up there is a high chance that you will not feel very good on the workout.

So for a warm-up there are 2 kinds. You can either run like 800m and then stretch or you can do a continuous warm up where you still run but then after you do a variety of motions down a pa  100m open space including waling on your toes, or heals, Sumos (pivot your foot and lift up your other leg really high like a sumo wrestler and slowly pivot towards the end), a variety of skips, karyoka ( Have one lg stay in the same place while side stepping but have another leg go in front of it and then behind and then in front of it again.
